Hello,

I have problem with AMD FreeSync, causing black screens. When FreeSync is turned on in Radeon settings and also in monitor settings I'm encountering screen "blackouts" for about 1-2 seconds. These are happening irregularly but I think it happens mostly when the game loads new content. This only happens when I'm playing 3D videogames (mostly in fullscreen). But when I turn FreeSync off in Radeon settings and in monitor settings the problem is gone. How can I solve this? Is it because I don't use a DisplayPort cable? 

Monitor: Acer Nitro VG220Qbmiix (connected to GPU with HDMI 1.4 cable)

GPU: ASUS EXPEDITION RX570 OC 4GB

PSU: Seasonic SS-500ET-T3 (500W)

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600

Sorry, as you can see nobody still replied. What monitor do you have? Do you use DisplayPort or HDMI?
