After I close a game my gpu clock and use goes to 100%.

THe only way I know to fix is to restart the computer or to open Borderlands 3 (for some reason I dont know it works) but I really want to find a way to fix this problem forever, anyone can help me?

There was a bug in BL3 if you exit to desktop it would not close.

The workaround was to exit to main menu then exit to desktop, or shut the game down from task manager when it happens.
