Hello,
I have an issue where i am just not able to activate HDR from windows on my Samung TV. I have checked if its a cable issue with my PS5,the same HDMI 2.1 certified cable is able to drive HDR signal to the TV from the PS5 ,yet it has issues when its connected to PC.
I have tried a bunch of things on both the TV settings and the PC settings and i have come to the conclusion that it might be an issue with the handshake between AMD drivers and the TV and i am looking for any kind of help that can fix my issue.
Things i have tried :
-Tinkering with CRU
-Going from 4k resolution all the way to 1080p ,from 144hz to 30hz
-Switch the source from the TV to trick it that it might be a blue ray player and not a PC (this enables some different kinds of interactions between PC and TV like being able to access Judder and Blur Reduction
- Switch HDMI ports (altough all 4 of them are HDMI 2.1 capable)
