Worse performance after reinstalling AMD Software by Windows Update removing driver

Suddenly it's impossible to record now with AMD Software, because of Windows Update the driver uninstalled, and had a lot of problems installing AMD Software again, but after all of it I installed, but now I don't have the same performance with the exactly same settings from yesterday, which was perfectly smooth yesterday, my game is getting extremely slow and getting very patterned freezes, and also the program itself is slow, it's getting very easily "not responding", without this program, I'm idle on my PC without recording and playing.

Edit: Everything actually is slow on my PC, a emulator here instantly crash, it takes so long to load everything, and every game is getting worse performance, but yesterday perfectly smooth, as if I completely removed the GPU from my PC.

I5 9400F - RX 580 - 8 GB RAM

Try uninstall DDU for full cleanup leftover driver.

Then make sure no running windows update and make sure you disable something called "Receive update from others than microsoft product" (this will make windows not download and install AMD GPU driver by itself.

After all in good state, then install AMD GPU driver 23.3.2 or latest you can have.
