• Desktop or Laptop System
  • Desktop
• Operating System
  • Windows 7 64 bit
• Driver version installed
  • Radeon Software Crimson Edition 18.2.2
• Display Devices
  • Lg 1366x768 @60Hz VGA
• Motherboard + Bios Revision
  • MSI MS-7851
• CPU/APU
  • Intel Corei3-4170 CPU @ 3.70GHz
• RAM
  • 8GB

So, I have done all the updates for the AMD software, yet I don't have the Relive tab. I have looked up if my graphics card is compatible, and from what I can see yes. Can anyone tell me if and how I can get relive?

R7 200 series is a lot of different cards...what R7 do you have? R7 260? R7 240? etc.

Don't see the 250 on the supported list:

Oh I see, i did not see that list but thank you. Do you know of any other programs that would be compatible and do the same thing as relive？

You can try Raptr/Gaming Evolved > Download AMD Gaming Evolved App Powered by Raptr - Raptr

DO NOT allow it to "update" your graphics drivers.

DO NOT use it's 'optimized' settings.

Raptr App is dead and End of Life'd since the End of September 2017 and does no Video Recording within the App itself.
It uses Plays.TV which is a supported and stand alone video recorder.
You can still use it to launch Plays.TV, but you cannot use a Raptr Login to log into Plays.TV account.
I am not sure if you can still get a new Raptr Account.

Plays.TV has improved lots over past 2 years and I still use it on older machines which do not support ReLive or Nvidia GeForce ShadowPlay.

You have two choices, the Beta version of a new Plays.TV or the original version of Plays.TV.
I have been taking part in the Plays.TV Beta over past year.
The recording efficiency has improved lots. It is pretty stable.

Other options you may want to try for recording are:

Razer Cortex - it has a very good recorder/streamer called Gamecaster.

PlayClaw - Game Video Recorder alternative, Game Streaming, Video overlays

I have used them and they work on some of my older hardware but you will have to check the latest hardware requirements.
Things may have changed.

There is also Evolve App, last time I tried the Video Recording in Evolve it was pretty bad with many recording failures.
