What does AMD say about the promised new features? Any news? Where is AMD Hyper-RX and FSR 3.0 ?

AMD promised to launch HYPR-RX in the first half of 2023. Considering that AMD did not make major driver updates this year, this would be a perfect opportunity to introduce something new. 
In November last year, AMD announced FSR 3.0 and HYPR-RX technologies set to launch in 2023. AMD was not keen to share release dates for either of the two technologies, but the company did confirm HYPR-RX should launch in the first half of this year.

Rdna3 was a problematic launch. I think for the most part of 2023 they tried to solve the issues with that architecture. As a result targets were missed... That's my best guess with what happened.
