Any webcam I use crashes the display driver when the camera is in use. Usually I can see an image for 1-2 seconds and then the screen flashes black. Event viewer states the display driver stopped working. Any attempt at using the camera again causes no image to show, and an instant black screen/display driver crash.
This started happening when I swapped from an Nvidia GPU to the RX 6800 XT on my old PC (Windows 10, intel CPU, Nvidia GPU). I bought a different webcam and the issue still happened.
I have recently built an entire new PC (B650 Auros Elite AX, Ryzen 7, Radeon RX 6800 XT), the only thing from my old PC is the RX 6800 XT (I even replaced the SSD's)
It is a completely new pc build, windows 11 instead of 10, and yet both of my USB webcams still crash the display driver!
All drivers/windows up to date, reinstalled webcam driver etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
