GPU-Z website (VGA Bios Collection | TechPowerUp ) has a vBIOS Database where you can download many different types of vBIOSes for different GPU cards (AMD & NVIDIA).

At GPU-Z Website it only shows two vBIOSes for your card. One for an ASUS and one for Sapphire. The newest is the same one you posted from ASUS :

Please, see the first message. I have vBIOS installed on this version 015.049.000.008.000000.

I'm asking for a newer version for the officially AMD card (not the ASUS | Sapphire).

For 3 years vBIOS has never updated?

As I mentioned in my previous comment that the two vBIOS shown included the one you have NOW. The only reason I posted that chart was to show you that there weren't any other vBIOS above the current one you have.

Most likely there won't be an update since the Card is fairly old unless someone modifies the vBIOS and posts it somewhere for downloading.

GPU-Z database is pretty extensive and if there was an updated vBIOS for your card it most likely would have been there. But as shown in my previous post, the latest vBIOS is the one you currently have.

As goodplay​ mentioned, you need to contact the Manufacturer of the card (AMD) to see if they do have a update. I seriously doubt it. If the card had developed a serious problem due to the vBIOS than the manufacturer would have immediately posted a vBIOS update to fix the issue.

There are established ways to report issues to AMD support, I suggest you use them.

Okay, "Yes" doesn't explain the trouble you are having. It may not have nothing to do with the vBIOS.
