Hi,
I have a problem for the last three days now which is the fan of my RX590 from Sapphire.
It is randomly going to 100% for a few seconds every few hours.
Now I managed to track down the issue to the PCI bus driver that was updated by Windows a few days ago.
I reinstalled the old version and everything is back to normal so far.
I've added some screenshots that show the old (good) and new (bad) driver.
Maybe someone has the same issue or AMD sees this and fixes it.
