I know absolutely nothing about computers, especially PCs, so apologies if this is a rather dumb question.
I bought a Biostar Radeon RX560 4GB card and I got it in the computer properly, but when trying to open the setup page it just sits on this screen and won't load anything.
I can't do anything regarding drivers until it's setup. Is there some way to get it to load? Or do I have to go a different route?
I have Windows 7 x64 if that has anything to do with it.
