For Windows 10, are there any known settings, services, or etc that can cause lag or stuttering? And what Radeon settings are best suited for Windows 10, along with the best driver if possible. I just basically am asking how to optimize Windows 10 for a AMD card so if I have issues, I can break it down to a Hardware/Driver issue instead of fiddling with Services.msc and all that good stuff, and, I have a bottleneck, should I unpark my cores?

Windows 10 automatically unlocks all cores when you select  "Performance" for your computer power plan (default is 'balanced').

Thank you, and any Services or settings I should disable in Windows 10?

Yes...do what you can to disable/delay Microsoft's automatic driver installation. One or more methods found here > Windows 10 Help Forums

AMD has a very helpful FAQ/How-to article here > Radeon™ Software Help Center | AMD

Thanks for your help!

Disable/turn off all of the Win10 Gaming settings, and disable xbgm(xbox game monitoring) in task manager(services). Also windows 'Fullscreen Optimization', can be disabled in a games exe. properties(can affect some games behavior).

Depending on how much fat you want to trim off win10, https://www.tenforums.com/

Thanks! And, I cannot disable Xbxgm, as it is greyed out in Services, anyway to override the app?

Should now show as disabled.

Not sure why yours is greyed out (I'm still on build 1709 pro vers.).
