Ryzen 5 3400G bluetooth not working

Hi, I recently found out that my bluetooth doesn't recognize ANY electronic devices like a bluetooth headphones or a JBL speaker. I wanted to use my JBL speaker as it was already installed and i use it time to time, but i prefer a good old headphone with a cable.
But when i tried to connect it with bluetooth, it wouldn't detect the device, so i tried to restart my computer, nothing. then uninstall the device and put it back as a new device into the system. Except... my computer is unable to detect ANY devices, i tried my JBL on my brother's computer it works perfectly, and i tried to install a bluetooth headphone on my computer and it doesn't recognize the device as well. So it's my bluetooth who has a problem, i tried to find if it was because of a driver or pilot issue but apparently i found out there is no such things as driver for bluetooth on a Ryzen 5 3400G.
Also on the little icon of the bluetooth as it is on the bottom right of my bar, "Autorize the connexion of a device" is wirtten in grey when i right click on it.
I tried to update all my bluetooth drivers, restart my computer a good amount of times while trying different methods. But nothing seems to work..
My brother has no clue how to fix this and neither do I, so what should i do ?

First do you have a Bluetooth/WiFi Motherboard or a separate Bluetooth Dongle or PCIe Card?

If your motherboard doesn't have the Bluetooth/Wifi feature and you don't have a separate Bluetooth Dongle or PCIe card then you won't be able to connect any Bluetooth enabled hardware.

What is the Make & Model of your Motherboard or Make & Model of your Bluetooth USB Dongle or PCIe Card?

I have a PCIe Card inside my computer and after trying to uninstall my bluetooth drivers and reinitialize them, it didn't work and I was so fed up with trying to make my device work i just put the JBL speaker on top of my tower computer and it finally worked ???? It detected the device and connected it very well, sound could go through and all, but now, new problem.... I can't put the device further than a couple of centimeters/inches, otherwise the pairing/connection is lost. (also the computer is under my desk, i don't have enough space to put it on it.)

Do you know the Make & Model of the PCIe Card?

I had a PCIe Card installed in my previous PC and I had Bluetooth from several feet away from the computer which also was under my desk.

Either your PCIe card is defective or not a very powerful one or not installed correctly. That is why I need to know the Make & Model of your PCIe Card for Bluetooth.

By the way do you have an Antenna installed in the rear of the PCIe Card?  If not that could be the reason why it has no distance. You need to connect an Antenna to the rear of the Bluetooth PCIe card for it to work properly.

My Bluetooth/WiFi had two antennas that I could connect to the PCIe card in the rear panel of the computer.
