Rx7900xtx crashes in destiny 2

I own a rx 7900xtx (xfx merc 310) and i have in a gaming session of 3 hours at least one driver timeout. It can crash at random times, I also didn't find any correlation to different places or if its under graphically intense scenes, it just crashes randomly. I have to close destiny 2 via the task manager, because its stuck in a full screen on my screen (the music is still playing if that's relevant). I have not experienced crashes in other games.

I got 2 monitors (4k and 1080p) both running at 144 hz
I removed riva tuner and msi afterburner
I have no overclocks
Latest bios
Game capped at 120 fps

I have the exact same problem and have been troubleshooting for hours. Did you ever find a fix?

I have discovered that it happens whenever I have Discord running.  The same thing happened to me while I was trying out Fortnite with a friend this weekend.  Once I restarted and played without starting up Discord, the game ran perfectly fine
