I have a problem.
A few days ago I solved the problem of my Radeon 5 5600x processor by lowering the voltage since it generated a lot of heat. Since then my 5700xt Sapphire + graphic card generates stutter in games.
When playing CS:GO the fps fluctuates between a stable 144fps with drops every half second to 10fps (approximately).
I was checking the values and I noticed that the mHz of the GPU when playing games goes up and down from 1600 to 150 (approximately).
Any solution? (sorry if my english is bad)
