First is this a new purchase or did you buy it used?
Download and run freeware OCCT GPU vRAM Stress test and GPU, CPU and PSU test to see if you see anything abnormal and it is shows vRAM errors on the GPU vRAM test.
Also run GPU-Z and upload the image. This will show if your AMD driver is installed correctly and all APIs are enabled plus a lot other data about your GPU card.
