Hello guys. I have same problem like guy here. :

Have no idea what to do. He solved it but i just not understand how to do it. I wonder if someone of you have enough time to spare to check it on my computer with Teamviewer or at least help me out being on comunicator like Skype on Discord or even Teamspeak.

My specs are:

AMD FX 8350 Black Edition 4.00 ghz

32 GB Ram 2133 DDR 3

RX 480 8 GB

1000w Corsair

Samsung Curved QLED LC27FG73FQUXEN 144 hz

And i have no idea why i have low fps in games. English is not my native language and i'm a noob when it comes to things like that so i would appreciate help here.

Your processor is very slow, that's why you're having low FPS.

Guy in thread i sent has 8320, weaker processor than mine and he has 130-170 fps in Doom on Vulkan. I never have reached that much fps in that game. He has done something with Power Limit and i have no idea how he done that.
