RX 470 fans not working also no display after POST

a few nights ago I have been playing a game and my PC suddenly crashed, then I looked up what to do, and it told me about that battery, which helped, so now my pc runs the graphics on the MB and not on the GPU since its not working, as well as the fans not spinning.

Sounds like you may have a faulty GPU. If you have or can use another PC you could test the card in another machine. If it works your issue is elsewhere. If not then time to RMA the card if still under warranty or time for a new GPU if not.
