There is no official support from amd for Win.11 as yet, report issues to the insider feedback hub.

And using the UWD driver on W10 is hit or miss (and not supported).

Hi, try reinstalling the network card driver, either a fresh driver or a newer one.(it is the network card not the video card)

Hi i have the same problem, but it also randomly disconnects card from the display, ez debug light indicates the vga, the whole pc freezes, reboot didn't work, only hard shut-down works. Reinstaled the fresh drivers of the vga and network card, and stil nothing. Any solutions?

I had a same problem with my rx6600xt, and my pc can't be shut down. It always restart by itself after about 1 second. Did you find the solution at the end?
