after recording with amd software the video is stutter after 20 scnds, my english is bad so le me more clear, when recording no issues but after finished recording when i play it with vlc or windows media player the video is stutter after every 15 or 20 scnds, I tried fresh install with DDU bit still lag is there but when I back to 23.2.1 or 22.11.2 the video is clean I dont know any solution with recent drivers
