Problems when installing Radeon HD 8600M driver

I have a AMD Radeon HD 8600M GPU. Whenever I try to install the latest driver (which is 21.5.2) and restart my pc, the display would get stuck in the logging screen. When that happens, I am forced to uninstall the drivers using an app installed in Safe Mode with Networking and install the 2019 version (19.9.2).

Is there anything I can do to solve this issue?

What make/model is your processor (cpu, apu) ?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

I have a Latitude E6440 laptop. I know there is a specific update for that laptop, but it's from 2013.
