I'm experiencing a serious issue with my AMD Radeon R9 380 GPU. After a recent system restart, the GPU is no longer functioning properly. In Device Manager, it shows a yellow triangle, and I receive an error message stating, "No AMD graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly." Additionally, my monitor is being detected as a "Generic PnP Monitor," and my TV connected via HDMI is not being detected as an audio output device. I've attempted several troubleshooting steps, including using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) in Safe Mode to remove old drivers and reinstalling the latest drivers from the AMD website, but the problem persists. I would appreciate any assistance or advice on how to resolve this issue.
