I use an hp victus 15 laptop

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600H with integrated graphic
IGpu: AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics Primary/Integrated/Hybrid

Gpu: AMD Radeon(TM) RX 6500M Discrete/Hybrid

This happened after i update the driver. usually i just update the igpu using device manager and its fixed it but now it says its the latest driver.

The brightness control is part of the factory supplied graphics driver which is available from HP.
