Incorrect operation of Windows with drivers

Videocard: R7 360
OS: Windows 10

I installed the latest version of the driver, and the computer can't turn on the first time, I have to turn it off with a button, it turns on the second time.
The driver that gets up automatically from the update center - version 19.20 has no such problem.

your GPU card is not supported with AMD Driver updates anymore. The last driver is from June 2021.

I have the driver version 21.5.2, release 11.05.2021, but the problem is not solved
