I changed a setting on AMD Adrenaline software, I believe it was called "RAM optimisation" of some sorts, with it previously being on "Tasks" and now on "Gaming". It then prompted a restart and will not start again. Automatic repair does nothing. I have had this problem a year or so ago and was solved fairly easily, however I do not remember how.
Perhaps resetting RAM if that is possible?
