So this problem either comes from windows 10 update or GPU driver update , I can't seem to use HDMI scaling on my 2nd monitor(IDLCD26TV16HD) and it rarely works on main screen (ASUS VN247) its not needed for main display everything fits fine but on 2nd monitor stuff is extending past the border of the screen.
When I change any settings within the radeon settings it doesn't seem to do anything. anyone else having these problems or just me? any help would be great.
Things I've tried.
- change resolution then attempt to change scaling
- clean install of drivers
- set 2nd monitor as only monitor and try scale
