so i recently kept getting BSOD critical process died error, and i have been troubleshooting and getting helped from windows forum, and able to track down the problem from driver verifier, saying amdgpio3.sys being the culprit. the advisor there said ii need to update the chipset driver, and also recommends to also update the BIOS. my question is, is it fine if i only update the chipset driver without updating the BIOS? because i dont have free flash drive lying around to update it, also i never did BIOS update so im anxious if something goes wrong. it its relevant im using msi B450M pro vdh max and ryzen 5 3500. any help is appreciated, thank you.
