Spec from CPU-Z: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Graphics
I've had my computer for 6 months. Last weekend on February 24th I started receiving the message:
"The version of AMD Radeon Software you have launched in not compatible with your currently installed graphics driver."
When I tried to download the driver, the installer gave me the message:
"Error 182 - AMD Software Installer detected AMD graphics hardware in your system configuration that is not supported."
I have tried to perform a factory reset, but I receive the 'software not compatible' message when trying to open the radeon software.
I have tried reverting the driver for my GPU to the previous release, but this does not fix the solution. When I try doing the same for my CPU I receive the same 182 error
