I am using rx580 8gb and 2 monitors
Screen 1 has a refresh rate of 144Hz, screen 2 has a refresh rate of 75Hz
When I use the normal functions in 2 screens (reading newspapers, surfing the web) there is no problem
However, when I play games on screen 1 and watch videos on youtube on screen 2, drop fps occurs (when tabs to the app on one screen, the app on the other screen drops fps)
When I change the refresh rate on monitor 1 to 60Hz, there is no more fps drop

Please try and disable hardware acceleration in your web browser.

I tried, but it didn't solve the problem
Also, I'm having the following problem:
If monitor 1 I have HDR on, the refresh rate of the monitor is 60Hz, and can't be changed. If HDR is off, the refresh rate can be changed.
