Tried in safe mode and normal mode. I click start on window to begin the uninstall process. The window then closes with no uninstall process taking place in both modes. If I attempt in safe mode it will leave me in safe mode. Tried normal restart but boots back into safe mode. I then have to manually reset the start-up settings in msconfig. Have to un-check automatically start in safe mode to be able to boot back into normal mode. Never had this issue before. Used the cleanup utility quite often.
