BSOD from latest AMD graphics drivers

Hi all,

I've recently been having graphics card crashes and complete BSODs when using my R9 380. Since rolling back the drivers, I haven't had any issues with BSODs, but I can no longer use both my monitors as one is fed directly into my GPU. Anyone know of why I'm having these issues?

Here are the details of the BSODs and my system specs: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1v3D6BS5qVjzdYCp8uj2QLXdtRetlBRq3

It is best to post your computer specs like Make & Model of Motherboard, GPU, CPU, and PSU plus Windows & BIOS & AMD Driver currently installed.

What is the exact BSOD error you are getting and how are both of your monitors connected to your computer.

Do you an in integrated Graphics with a APU plus the GPU Card in your computer?

Even a virtual machine may have made an error. Also, Linux may be running on same system...
So... Is there a virtual machine? Are you running different programs with different monitors at the same time? If you explain the problem in detail... Maybe it's the driver problem that needs to be reported.

I was a little bit wary in downloading your Dump file but decided to do so.

According to your Dump files this is what I read:

Thread_Struck_Device_Driver  0xea - ATIKMDAG.sys

Unexpected_Kernel_Mode_Trap  0x7f - ATIKMDAG.sys

Page_In_NonPage_Fault  0x50 - DXGKRNL.sys

This is how to troubleshoot the DXGKRNL.sys BSOD: https://www.thewindowsclub.com/fix-page_fault_in_nonpaged_area-0x00000050-error

The first two dumps seems to be concerned with AMD Drivers. I suggest using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe mode with the internet disconnected. Once it reboots, install the latest AMD Driver with the internet STILL DISCONNECTED. Once installed, reconnect the internet.

Here is the latest R9-380 AMD Drivers from AMD Download page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-r9-series/amd-radeon-r9-300-series/amd-radeon-r9-...

I also would suggest to Stress test your GPU card and see if anything unusual occurs during the testing. Plus run MEMTEST86 to eliminate defective RAM MEMORY in your computer.

You can try using OCCT which is good for Stress testing the CPU, GPU, & PSU.

This might eliminate a defective GPU or RAM Memory module causing those types of errors.
