Hi, I have a 7900 XT Nitro+ and for over the past year i've been experiencing black screens whenever I install and AMD graphics drivers, current, release for 7900xt etc. It'll take about 5 minutes for the PC to shut down after restart and turn back on but I'll persistently have a black screen then be forced to boot into safe mode and I just end up doing a fresh install of windows because nothing works. I do have windows 11 currently but in the past with windows 10 I had the same issue. I have rebuilt my computer twice from when it first started happening and am under the impression that the drivers and graphics card are incompatible somehow. I have never let it sit this long but I am currently at the 2 hour mark after reboot of the black screen. My monitors light is blinking like it's receiving some sort of signal but it's just black like it's turned off and when it turn the monitor back on it says No Signal. Is there any fix?
