Hello I have a problem with an update that always appears to me AMD System 20.50.0.0, I have a Gigabyte Aorus Master X570 Ryzen 7 2700X motherboard, how can I eliminate it?

Go to https://www.amd.com/en/support and download the Auto-Detect driver installer, once downloaded run it and do a clean install, let it finish and reboot.
