I was watching YouTube and then suddenly my secondary monitor turns off randomly, i tried to look at device manager and a error appeared on the AMD Radeon (TM) Vega 8 Graphics i clicked to find out what it was and all it said in device status was ''Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)''. When i tried to troubleshoot it windows couldn't find a problem with it and so i went to see if i needed to update the driver but no it was fine, i went to the windows update panel in settings and saw there was some update i could do so i did and no luck.
Here is my system stats:

Make & Model of your Motherboard and Windows and AMD Driver versions installed?
does this help dont know how to find out which amd driver i have
Yes it is helpful in that it mentions your Motherboard Make & Model and Windows 10 HOME version.
You can find out which AMD driver version you have installed by looking at Windows Device Manager.
Besides the Device Manager Code 43 are there any other errors or discrepancies showing?
You have a very old BIOS version installed from 2018. Try updating the BIOS to version 6.0 but not any newer than 6.0 for the moment: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/A320M%20Pro4/index.asp#BIOS
PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE YELLOW INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE UPDATING THE BIOS TO A NEWER VERSION!
It seems that all BIOS Version between 6.1 & 6.6 is not compatible with your Ryzen 2200G Raven Ridge APU processor. But BIOS version starting at 7.0 doesn't list that warning anymore so not sure if it is still not recommended or not.
I would open a MSI Support ticket and ask them you can install BIOS versions 7.0 and newer with your 2200G APU processor.
Here is the latest 2200G APU AMD VGA Driver: https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-3-desktop-processors-radeon-vega-g...
NOTE: Here is where you can download the latest AMD VGA and Chip Set drivers for your motherboard: https://www.amd.com/en/support
