Not sure if this helps, but I have a R7 260x, i always use 20.9.1 as the best driver for the card. But glad you found something that works!
still the same thing i cant install the driver... im trying to install the driver to my graphic card for the past 3 hours i cant find the solution..

Try that driver. The way i install drivers, control panel uninstall, restart in safe mode, i use the AMDCleanUninstallUtility , restart back to the desktop (non safe mode) and install the drivers and that's it.
