AMD Adrenalin Software 23.5.2 feelin slow

Since a few weeks the drivers made my main monitor feel like it runs on a lower Hertz than 60. It feels really slow and also isn't always. I turned the GPU scaling setting on and off and now it fixed it, (monitor feels like 144Hz again). Is it a bug because of the new drivers? What version is preferable and what settings should I use on the Display settings?

Double check your Windows display properties. One time for me after a driver install I noticed Windows reset my 165Hz display back to 60Hz. Also if you enabled Frame Rate Target Control in Adrenalin under settings/graphics/advanced, a driver install will reset that to 60Hz. For this reason I have that disabled under global graphics.

I always check my Windows display properties when this happens. Funnily since I made this post the problem hasn't ocurred even once. Also the Framte rate target control is also off.
