I just updated my pc to windows 10 and i wanted to install the AMD software but its stuck on Detecting your system configuration for driver and software compatibility, i tried downloading older versions but it didn't work, i really need the software so i can limit the cpu use on my potato computer so i can launch a game made of polygons without my computer turning into a wind turbine and exploding. Can anyone help?

Is this a laptop or desktop pc, what model processor and graphics card?

desktop pc, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 0 @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz, Radeon (TM) RX 480 Graphics

i managed to download it and use it but after a while it stops working and shows me this message
