Adrenalin wont open

I keep trying to open adrenalin with no luck. I have tried uninstalling all AMD drivers and reinstalling them along with restarting my pc and using older and the nest drivers but nothing will get it to open. I use a 6800xt

 

I also use windows 11.

I also recently changed to Windows 11 from 10 and now I've had it where the control panel won't open until I reboot, and now today it opened fine when I started my PC and played some BF2042 then WHDarktide, but now the control panel won't close.  I left it on the Metrics screen while playing the games.

Version 24.12.1, Radeon 6950XT. Win11 24H2.
