Whenever I reset my PC the fans turn off on the graphics cards. Disabling windows fast booting had initially resolved the problem, but now it's occurring again. If I set a custom fan curve, following PC reset it places fan speed at 0 across the graph. I can re-load the overclock profiles, and the fans will kick back on. This is occurring on my 6700 XT cards and my 6900 XT. The temperature will climb above 90C, and still no fans.
This seems to have also been an issue in the past, and I see others complaining of it online. There are likely many experiencing it who don't know that the fan is not turning on and putting a lot of temperature stress on their graphics cards. My concern is that this will degrade lifespan on my and other's cards.
