I'm using a 3440x1440 ultrawide monitor and really like it. Does anyone have any tips/tricks I could benefit from in Adrenalin software?

Depends on a lot of factors like: the game you play, how much you play and so on.

Honestly of course the first thing I can say to you it is to watch the AMD videos on this page: https://www.amd.com/en/technologies-graphics 

Where you can see all the technologies available on a graphic card, if you want some more specific it is better if you go on your product page here: https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-7900xtx

In this way you can understand what technologies you want use and where, also do not forget that a game must be before optimized on his own settings before to pass to hardware level (AMD Adrenalin working with drivers, which comunicate with the GPU).

The Red Team is looking into writing some additional 'How To' documents, and I think tweaks and settings to the Adrenalin graphics software is one area of focus.  I, for one, am easily overwhelmed by all the settings and how some settings negate other settings.
