Driver 23.12.1 & 24.1.1 crash

Hi,

I'm a game developer. Our released game crashes for many Windows users with AMD GPUs on driver 23.12.1 but works fine with driver 23.11.1.

The crash occurs in the driver thread and the backtrace always looks like this:

I've used a support form and was told to use the Bug Reporting Tool. I've used the Bug Reporting Tool but have not heard anything since.

Is there any other way to contact the driver team to provide further details or discuss possible workarounds?

Crash still happens with driver 24.1.1. I've also used the Bug Report Tool again.
