Any information on when this will become reality? Or any effective methods to make this happen for boards supporting up to 6400MTs? Help would be appreciated!

The official memory speed supported by the 7000 series AMD processor is DDR5-5200. This does not change over the course of time. A higher speed may be supported in a newer generation, the 8000 series APUs for example officially support DDR5-5600. Any higher speeds using EXPO over the official support is not guaranteed.

If you're asking how to determine which DDR5-6000 might work with your hardware, you can check your motherboard manufacturers memory QVL to see what specific memory kits they have tested and qualified. This is still not a 100% guarantee it will work with your system but it's a pretty safe bet.
