Weird problem with amd graphics driver. cant open certain apps or task manager until disabled. Recently managed to fix atimpag.sys bsod by just adding 0 to EnableULPS in regedit. it got solved and graphics is working but the problem is when I open a browser like brave it just loads only the white screen window comes and when I click on it freezes the computer, cant do anything other than press the power button and restart. same with task manager. but other games or apps like discord works perfectly fine. any fix??
driver - Amd radeon HD 8600M
os version - windows 10 21h2
adrenalin software is not installed. only the driver which is in the latest version
