Hello,

I am using 2 monitors for my PC, one is PC monitor and the second is my TV which is maily use for kodi.

I started having this problem that whenever the TV was off or on a different input (let's say HDMI1 instead of 2, which my PC is conntected to), the screen would freeze every couple seconds if i move the mice.
If I only use the keyboard there was no problem but once i also move the mice it start happened.

On safe mode it doesen't happened.

Any idea for soltuon?
using windows 10 64bit.
My gpu is RX580 8GB 

I tried to update driver and it didn't help.

Have you tried updating the Mouse driver?
