RX 6900XT worked for a bit and now graphical glitches

I purchased an RX 6900XT last week and when I hooked it up to my PC it worked for like 20ish minutes in Necromunda: Hired Gun before it started having graphics glitches that looked like textures stretching around. I plugged all 3 power ports in with separate original cables from my 1000w PSU. I have tried uninstalling drivers in safe mode with DDU and the AMD driver uninstall tool and reinstalling a few different versions of drivers. I have tried turning off some settings in the Adrenaline software that I have seen recommended. Is there anything else to try? Idk if a bad GPU would show signs right out of the box but, it did work for a bit which gives me slight hope. I am not OCing anything but, I am using MSI Afterburner to let the fans go wild.

Testing this issue in Total War: Warhammer 3, some parts of the map do appear normally while mountainous areas have this issue. In other titles like Sniper Elite 5, Total War: Warhammer 2 this issue seems to exist wherever. Some games like Metro Exodus just have a drive crash before the main menu. Sniper Elite 5 crashed when I go into the Display menu at the start screen (haven't tried loading into the game yet). It does seem like this issue stops for a bit sometimes in the SE5 menu. In WoW it seems like there is a baseline weirdness that goes on and if I turn the graphics settings up it goes into overdrive craziness. I am not sure what the difference is between MSI Kobmustor and Heaven Benchmark but this shows up in the latter and not the former.
