My pc keeps rebooting while playing games or when i just open them i currently use amd radeon rx 6600 and i have used a variety of drivers just like i was adviced by technical support . Does anyone have the same problem ?

List your hardware specs accurately, especially:

PSU: brand, model, age, wattage
Motherboard: brand, model, age, bios-version
CPU: Brand, model, overclocked? PBO? Undervolted?
Memory: XMP on/off, how many sticks, which brand/model, MT/s?
GPU: Brand, model
Case: make, model, how many fans, have you tried side panel open

How are the temps of CPU and GPU in idle, while gaming?

Have you made any hardware changes recently?

Has this computer worked before with this hardware? What changed since then?

Which Windows? Which chipset, GPU drivers?

Which measures have you already taken trying to solve this issue?

Which games crash?

psu : Be quiet system power 9 600 w 

motherboard : msi b450 gaming plus max  (never over/underclocked) 

memory : samsung 970 evo plus 500gb

gpu : Asus Radeon rx 6600 8gb dual 

case: kolink inspire k1 

According to technicians temps are okay 

i havent done any change not even before this issue started 

it worked when i got it some months ago

Ive tried windows 10 and windows 10 pro ( i changed gpu bios but it doesnt help)

 i have done a format 

i have turned off/on xmp

i have tried changing some power settings

With limited data it is difficult to say anything. No mention of CPU nor memory, but if it worked before, it is likely a software issue.

You could check that you don't have two copies of this thing installed:

If you do, uninstall both, download a new copy from microsoft and install, restart computer. You might have to reinstall GPU drivers

But how do you install Windows:

1) Create a new installation stick, your existing one might have corrupted data. Use another stick and download it again from website.

2) Set BIOS to default settings, do not enable even XMP at this point. Having the latest BIOS would not be a bad idea. Though since you did not offer any data on memory sticks or CPU, it is difficult to say if this is important.

3) Install Windows and let it update itself, restart, update again and restart and check for update one more time, 

4) Just in case, disable automatic driver updates from Windows update

5) Download chipset driver from amd.com (chipset driver, not GPU driver) and install and restart

6) Download GPU driver from amd.com and install

7) Install HWINFO64 -> run as admin -> sensors only. Download and install Cinebench R23 and Heaven benchmark and run them. How are the temps?

Install Steam, Epic or whatever you use and install some common, but demanding game. Does it crash?

It it is now fine, enable XMP and other such settings to see if it is still stable.

If you bought a new GPU, you should not jump into flashing vBIOS (GPU BIOS) as that can and like will void warranty.

Has this computer been serviced/checked somewhere? If they have not tested it, how do they know temps are ok? What are the temp under load? You can test CPU with Cinebench R23 and GPU separately with Unigine Heaven.
