My gaming laptop just dropped in performance

I have AMD Ryzen 5 5600H(with integrated radeon graphics) and GTX 1650. After installing AMD Drivers, radeon graphics turned on itself. And now, 1650 is simply not working because of this thing. Please help me, I'm trying to fix this for three days. I don't have any Miner or Trojan, I can't turn off integrated graphics. I barely can launch videogames. In fact: everything was working perfectly before this incident. UPD: it's not even displayed in task manager now.
Also, GTX 1650 almost stopped working because of this radeon graphics. Please help me

To fix this on my TUF laptop with a 3550H and GTX 1650 I had to reinstall Windows Nvidia drivers and remember not to install any Radeon software.

You can also try  going to Graphics Settings in Windows and set the games to use the high performance graphics card but for me that option was gone.
