Gpu keeps crashing blackscreen (hard reset) + sometimes driver timeout

GPU Blackscreening during and after the use of 3d apps/games. Only way is to hard reset. Wattman settings restored to default ofcourse. Image sharping is being used ,enhanced sync, hbcc segment/allocation. But without/with , it doesnt matter becouse it will still occur. Ive tried almost every possible solution on the net , but nothing works.(temporary maybe.)

Try going back to driver 22.3.1 it works ok, that is I haven't updated yet..

Tried that , but dit`n work , ive tried almost everything , in gpu-z the logs are showing sometimes 

temps of 1600-2400 degrees with soc vram
