So, I've got 2 rx580 cards. The first card run dual Vizio monitors just fine. The second one has a 52" Plasma TV (1080p res available) but the only time it ever gets a signal to run from the card is right after I install a driver update. Next reboot, and gone.
I don't use this machine for cryptomining (I have a machine with nvidia 1070s doing that), but to see if card is working I launched nanominer and both cards produce in the 4-6 Mh/s in graphics mode and 22-23 Mh/s in std calculate mode. If I pull Card 1 out then Card 2 takes over on reboot and works fine.

Thoughts? Ideas? Any more info needed? I've been in IT a LONG time and I've searched forums everywhere and can't seem to find a solution that actually works! I need this plasma for my work so HELP!
