Hi I am having an issue where I will frequently get driver timeouts in Apex Legends (I play on 280Hz monitor).
I have upgraded from a previous 3080Ti which I had zero issues with and am on the latest drivers.
The card is running at stock and Apex seems to be the only game where this happens.
I have tried disabling MPO as well as Surface Optimization and this seems to have reduced the crashes but it is still unstable and getting very annoying.

XFX 7900XTX (MBA) at stock.
At this point I may just swap back to my old card until the issue magically gets resolved, any help would be appreciated, thanks.
