Hola, tengo un procesador AMD Ryzen 5 5600g (512mb de VRAM por defecto) una mother Gigabyte B550m Ds3h, y 16gb de RAM 3200mhz. La PC es nueva (no tiene más de un mes). El problema viene cuando yo quiero aumentar desde la BIOS la VRAM, una vez que lo hago (aumento la vram a 2gb) enciendo la PC pero sin embargo solo tengo 512mb de VRAM, pero cuando vuelvo a la BIOS veo que está guardado como que esta asignado 2gb a la VRAM, por lo tanto, se puede entender como que sí se guarda el cambio. Alguien sabe cual puede ser el problema? la pila de la BIOS es totalmente nueva asique es imposible que sea eso, y los drivers de AMD están actualizados a la última versión, igual que el windows. Que puede ser?
Hi, I have an AMD Ryzen 5 5600g processor (512mb of VRAM by default), a Gigabyte B550m Ds3h motherboard, and 16gb of 3200mhz RAM. The PC is new (not more than a month old). The problem comes when I want to increase the VRAM from the BIOS, once I do it (I increase the vram to 2gb) I turn on the PC but nevertheless I only have 512mb of VRAM, but when I return to the BIOS I see that it is saved as this assigned 2gb to the VRAM, therefore, it can be understood that the change is saved. Anybody knows what could be the problem? the BIOS battery is totally new so it is impossible to be that, and the AMD drivers are updated to the latest version, just like windows. What can be?
